Turning it on
Open Settings.
Find the '5-email nurture sequence' section.
Click 'Turn sequence on'. The system installs a daily 9am Eastern trigger that walks eligible inquiries through the schedule.
Verify on a family detail panel: open any inquiry in 'New' / 'Discovery Scheduled' / 'Discovery Booked' status; the Nurture section shows enrollment status.
