Before any real inquiry lands
Sign in at admin.thewindermereagency.com with your @thewindermereagency.com Google account. If you cannot sign in, ask Aubree to add your email to the Team tab.
Open Settings and confirm the deployment ID and integrations status (Stripe, Checkr) match what you expect.
Open Templates and read through the 11 email templates so you recognize them when the system uses them on your behalf.
Open the Calendar page and confirm your work calendar is the one events will land on.
Open Settings and decide whether you want the 5-email nurture sequence on (it is paused by default; turn on once you have a real inquiry).
Then start your daily rhythm
After the one-time setup, the daily rhythm is short: open the dashboard, work the Tasks Due Today and Upcoming Interviews widgets, and use the kanban only for status updates and stuck cards. The system tells you what to do next on each card; trust it.
