Role-aware questions, HEXACO prompts, decision rubric.

Why this matters

Families who feel prepared interview better. Better interviews mean a stronger match read, which means longer-tenured placements.

From the family detail panel

  1. Expand 'More actions' on the family detail panel.

  2. Click 'Generate interview prep packet'.

  3. The system reads the family's requested role (Nanny, Family Assistant, Household Manager, etc.) and uses the matching question bank.

  4. Doc lands in the family's Drive folder.

What is in the packet

  • Warmup questions to set the tone.

  • Role-specific behavioral prompts (asking for examples, not theory).

  • HEXACO Honesty-Humility prompts that surface integrity, fairness, and humility.

  • Logistics questions (schedule, travel, compensation expectations).

  • Red-flag list (so the family knows what to listen for).

  • What strong candidates ask the family.

  • 5-dimension decision rubric for the family to use after each interview.

Attach it to the introductions email

When you send the match summary, attach the interview prep packet too. Frame it: 'A short prep doc so the conversations feel useful.' Most families read it; the ones who do not still appreciate that you sent it.
