What happens automatically
Form submission lands in the Inquiries tab with a new Inquiry ID and 'New' status.
A Drive folder is created at /Clients/<lastname>-<id>/.
An intake doc is generated in that folder using the family's responses.
An acknowledgment email is sent to the family from your address.
A notification email is sent to you.
If the nurture sequence is on, the family is enrolled automatically.
What you do (manually)
Open the dashboard. The new family appears in the Initial Intake column on the kanban.
Click the card to open the detail panel.
Read the intake doc (one click from 'Linked artifacts').
Click the Next Best Action button: 'Schedule discovery call'. The modal opens with this family pre-selected.
Pick a 30-minute slot, add a quick description, hit Send. The family gets the calendar invite with the Meet link, and the card moves to 'Discovery Scheduled'.
