Scheduling a discovery call

Why this matters

The discovery call is where most placements are won or lost. The booking experience signals what working with the agency feels like.

From the family detail panel

  1. Click 'Schedule discovery call' (NBA when status is 'New').

  2. Pick a date and time. The modal pre-fills a 30-minute duration.

  3. The default title and description come from the meeting templates; edit if needed.

  4. Hit Send. The system creates a Google Calendar event with a Meet link, sends invites to you and the family, and stamps the card to 'Discovery Scheduled'.

After the call

When the call is done, open the family detail panel. The NBA will be 'Mark discovery complete'. Click it; the card moves to 'Discovery Complete' and the system suggests the engagement letter as the next move.
