From the candidate detail panel (preferred)
Open the candidate's detail panel. Find 'Generate staff contract' under 'More actions'.
Pick the family they are being placed with from the dropdown.
Confirm the role (the dropdown defaults to the candidate's listed Position Interested).
Set start date, weekly hours, hourly rate, and any role-specific extras (notice period, PTO).
Click 'Generate'. Doc lands in the family's Drive folder.
Sign and start
Send the Doc to family and candidate using Google Docs' eSignature. Once both have signed, advance the family card to 'Active' and the candidate card to 'Placed'. The placement invoice fires automatically on the 'Active' advance.
