Handling stuck cards

What to do when a card has gone quiet for 5+ days.

Why this matters

The cost of a stuck card is the placement you almost made. Catch them before they go cold.

Any non-terminal card (not Active, Lost, Placed, Rejected, Withdrew) with no action stamp in the last 5 days is flagged stuck: amber bar on the card, 'X days stuck' badge, and the Next Best Action becomes 'Send a warm nudge' instead of the stage default.

When you see a stuck card

  1. Click the card to open the detail panel.

  2. Read the most recent activity to remember what was last said.

  3. Click 'Send a warm nudge' (the NBA button at the top of the panel). It opens the templated email modal with this family already selected.

  4. Pick a template that matches where they are stuck (for example: '02 Discovery confirmation' if they have not booked yet, or '04 Proposal follow-up' if they have the proposal).

  5. Send the email. The Last Action At stamp updates and the stuck flag clears immediately.
