Why this matters

Operators waste hours hunting for files. The detail panel surfaces everything in one view.

Two surfaces, two purposes

  • 'Linked artifacts' (top of the panel): the structural docs everyone has (Drive folder, intake doc, profile doc, resume).

  • 'Documents on file' (just below): everything else in the folder (engagement letters, staff contracts, reference check Docs, signed PDFs, photos, anything you have manually uploaded).
